
The Wellnez Philosophy
Welcome to The Wellnez. I’m Polina Tsakouridou, Nutritionist and Dietitian. I embarked on my educational journey by pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Technological Education Institute of Thessaly,Greece . This foundation provided me with the solid understanding of the fundamentals of nutrition. Seeking to expand my knowledge and delve deeper into the field, a pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition at Liverpool John Moores University, UK.
This experience equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the science behind nutrition and its impact on our health and wellbeing.
With my extensive education and experience, I have developed a strong passion for promoting wellbeing and wellness through the power of nutrition.
My approach is rooted in the belief that health and wellness is about more than just weight loss. It is about nourishing our body, finding a balance that works for you and making choices that support your overall well-being.
At The Wellnez my goal is to empower my clients to make sustainable changes to improve their lifestyle and to focus on the foods to add to their diet rather than the foods to cut out. When we eat well, we feel better both physically and mentally which can have a positive impact on our overall quality of life. Every individual has unique nutritional needs and preferences and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthy eating. That’s why I take a personalised approach to each of my clients working closely with them to understand their goals , challenges and lifestyle factors that may impact their nutrition.
