After choosing a service, you’ll be given the option to choose a suitable date and time. We understand busy schedules, offering appointments on evenings and weekends.
If you are a new client, you will be asked to provide some basic information about yourself and your health history ( Initial Consultation ). This will help us to better understand your unique needs and goals
All payments are managed online through the website. After filling out any required details , you’ll be guided to our secure online payment gateway to complete the transaction.
On the day of your appointment, we’ll send you a Zoom or a Google Meet link via email. Just click the link at the scheduled time to enter the virtual room.
During your appointment, I'll provide personalized nutrition counseling and advice tailored to your specific needs and goals. We'll collaborate to create a customized plan considering your dietary preferences, lifestyle, and overall health and wellness objectives.
