Cancellation policy 

At The Wellnez, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure smooth operations and provide the best possible service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Window:

You can cancel your appointment free of charge at any time until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

 

Late Cancellation:

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged.

 

No Show:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

 

Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation within the specified time frame, the refunded amount will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
