Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At The Wellnez, we understand that plans can change. To help us manage appointment availability fairly and provide the best possible service to all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all consultations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the consultation cost.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged.

Refunds

For appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, any payment already made will be refunded to the original payment method.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, 50% of the consultation fee will be retained and the remaining 50% refunded.

Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
